Service Details
Rebates do not apply if:
a. the property is already listed for sale or has already been sold.
b. the buyer/seller is already under contract with a real estate broker.
c. other conditions may apply as made necessary by local laws, regulations or Steven DiGiovanni
When selling a property in Canada using REMS you will receive the following;
- Be represented by a local award-winning REALTOR®.
- Be provided with a complimentary Comparative Market Analysis (CMA), an industry method for establishing a suggested selling price for a property.
- Once on sale, your REALTOR will provide marketing through MLS, local media and online. Open Houses will also be conducted as required.
- Once Sold you will receive a 10% rebate from commission your selling agent receives from the transaction.
The 10% Rebate will not include the commission portion payable to the cooperating brokerage or the total commission rate. In the event your agent also represents the buyers involved in your transaction, the 10% Rebate will still be based solely on the listing portion of the commission payable to the listing brokerage and not the commission portion payable to the cooperating brokerage or the total commission rate.
Rebates will be exclusive of HST or any other tax.
When buying a property in Canada using REMS you will receive the following;
- Be represented by a local award-winning REALTOR®.
- Once purchased you will receive a 10% rebate from the coop commission your buying agent receives from the transaction.
The 10% Rebate will not include the commission portion payable to the listing brokerage or the total commission rate. In the event your agent also represents the sellers involved in your transaction, the 10% rebate will still be based solely on the coop commission payable to the buyer brokerage and not the commission portion payable to the listing brokerage or the total commission rate.
Rebates will be exclusive of HST or any other tax.
Rebate Delivery
Rebates will be issued 30 to 45 days after the transaction has been completed as per the Agreement of Purchase and Sale.
Rebates will be mailed via Canada
You will receive a rebate application form after your transaction has been completed by the email you provided.
You will be required to fill out this rebate application form and return it by email, fax or via Canada post

Local laws prohibit cash rebates from real estate transactions, participants will receive gift cards of their choice from one the following stores; Home Depot, Best Buy, Future shop or Rona. Cards are available in $50, $100 and $250 denominations, rounded down.
